Calling all seafood lovers !! Here in my blog I post this recipe on account of the nostalgia from good old days. Its a simple and easy to prepare.......Prawns/shrimps marinated with distinctive masalas from Kerala cuisine. Check out the recipe here.
Ingredients
Shrimps - 30 (about 1/2 kg)
Seasonings
Chilli powder spicy - 1/2 tsp
kasmiri chilli - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masla - 1/4 tsp
Cumin - 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic - 1 tsp
Salt
Marinate the shrimps well with seasonings. Set it aside in fridge for 1 hour.
In a pan heat coconut oil, splutter mustard and saute curry leaves. Add the marinated shrimps. After about 2 minutes add some hot boiling water and let it cook thoroughly. Once the shrimps are cooked 3/4th open the lid and cook until it forms dry and shrimps are well roasted in masala.
