Mint Coriander Juice

Ingredients

Fresh mint leaves - handful lo

Coriander leaves - handful

Cloves powdered 1/4tsp

Salt - as needed

Sugar- as per your taste - Lemon juice - squeezed from 1 lemon

Ice cubes

Water


Method

Clean the coriander leaves and mint leaves. Set aside after cleaning well.

In a crusher/blender combine lemon juice, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cloves powdered (just for mild flavour), , sugar, salt, ice cubes and water.


Filter the crushed drink in a strainer.

Serve it cool with garnished lemon and additional ice cubes (if needed).
