Beef Steak with Salad

Raise your hand if you love steak! This steak is super fun way to get your meat fix.They're amazing simply eaten out of the pan with ranch or barbecue sauce, or serve them over fresh salad for a hearty dinner option. This delicious steak is perfect for spring and summer dinners and super easy to make. You will only need a few basic ingredients and fresh salad items.


Ingredients


Steak

Beef - cut into 6 strips ( in such a way as it should have roughly 1 inch thickness) 

Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp

Oregano - 1/4 tsp

Pepper - 1/2 tsp

Chilli powder- 1 tsp

Lemon juice 

Vegetable oil 

Tomato sauce - 1/2 tbsp

Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp Salt - as needed


Salad: 

Onion 

Spinach 

Tomato 

Cucumber


Seasoning:

Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp

Salt as needed

Pepper 1/4 tsp

Garlic powder 1/4 tsp

Oregano 1/4 tsp

Vinegar 1/4 tsp

Vegetable/corn oil Lime juice

Clean the beef strips and marinate with spices mentioned. Keep it marinated for 1/2 to 1 hour in fridge.In a pan pour vegetable oil as required to shallow fry the beef strips. The purpose is to semi cook and get a texture. Cook in between low to medium flame for 20 minutes.Transfer to a baking tray and broil at 400° for 15 minutes.

Choose your vegetables as per your option. Cut the vegetables in the shape you prefer.Cut evenly and mix in a bowl. Mix the seasonings to the veggies. Set aside in fridge and serve chilled.
