This steak is super fun way to get your meat fix.They're amazing simply eaten out of the pan with ranch or barbecue sauce, or serve them over fresh salad for a hearty dinner option. This delicious steak is perfect for spring and summer dinners and super easy to make. You will only need a few basic ingredients and fresh salad items.
Ingredients
Steak
Beef - cut into 6 strips ( in such a way as it should have roughly 1 inch thickness)
Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
Oregano - 1/4 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Lemon juice
Vegetable oil
Tomato sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp Salt - as needed
Salad:
Onion
Spinach
Tomato
Cucumber
Seasoning:
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Salt as needed
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Vinegar 1/4 tsp
Vegetable/corn oil Lime juice

Clean the beef strips and marinate with spices mentioned. Keep it marinated for 1/2 to 1 hour in fridge.In a pan pour vegetable oil as required to shallow fry the beef strips. The purpose is to semi cook and get a texture. Cook in between low to medium flame for 20 minutes.Transfer to a baking tray and broil at 400° for 15 minutes.

Choose your vegetables as per your option. Cut the vegetables in the shape you prefer.Cut evenly and mix in a bowl. Mix the seasonings to the veggies. Set aside in fridge and serve chilled.
