Spicy Chicken Spaghetti

Spicy Chicken Spaghetti is super comfort food. It’s creamy and rich with plenty of kick from vibrant seasonings. If you want to turn your favorite appetizer into a full-blown meal, this fun fusion recipe is made just for you. Grab your fork and pull up some noodles in this filling chicken spaghetti squash. It’s got an addictively mild spicy flavor and comes with plenty of protein and healthy fats.



Ingredients

- Spaghetti Noodles

- Corn Oil

- Salt

- 1/2 kg chicken boneless


Seasonings for chicken

- 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder

- 1 tsp chicken masala

- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp pepper

- salt


- Straight cut onions - 1 medium size

- Diced garlic cloves - 4

- Diced ginger - a small piece

- 1/2 green chili diced

- Julienne cuts of cabbage (green and purple), carrot and capsicum

- 1 tsp chilli flakes

- 1 tsp pepper

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning mix

- 1/4 tsp garam masala

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- Salt

- 1/2 tsp vinegar

- 1 tsp chilli sauce

- 1 tsp tomato sauce

- 1 tsp soy sauce

- 1 tsp tomato ketchup

- Coriander leaves



Method

In a pan, boil the water and insert the spaghetti noodles. Add some oil and salt.

Marinate the chicken with kashmiri chilli powder, chicken masala, turmeric powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Heat the chicken in pan. Close the lid and cook until soft and tender.

In another wide pan, heat the oil and saute onions, ginger, garlic, green chilli.

Once the onions become golden brown, add the veggies and pour some hot boiling water to cook. In addition add chilli flakes, pepper, Italian seasoning mix, garam masala, garlic powder and salt. After blending the spices add vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce and tomato ketchup.

Add the cooked chicken along with the cooked spaghetti. Mix this together with veggies using 2 spatulas to make sure the flavour blends well. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
